By using the Bre app, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not use the Bre app.

The Bre app is intended for use by residents of The Bahamas who are at least 18 years of age. If you are under the age of 18, you may not use the Bre app.

 

The Bre app allows users to request rides from qualified drivers. Drivers are independent contractors who are not employees or agents of Bre.

 

When requesting a ride through the Bre app, you will be provided with an estimated fare and pickup time. The actual fare and pickup time may vary based on traffic, weather, or other factors.

 

Payment for rides must be made through the Bre app using a valid payment method. Bre reserves the right to change its payment policies at any time.

 

Bre is not responsible for any damages or injuries sustained during a ride. Drivers are required to have valid insurance coverage, but Bre does not assume any liability for accidents or injuries.

 

Bre reserves the right to cancel or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for any reason.

 

Bre reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions periodically for updates.

 

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of The Bahamas. Any disputes arising out of or related to the use of the Bre app will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.

 

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Bre with respect to the use of the Bre app. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
